About Tie Plant VFD

A volunteer department built around service.

Tie Plant Volunteer Fire Department is made up of community members who train, prepare, and respond when their neighbors need help.

Our department

Neighbors answering the call.

Tie Plant VFD serves the Tie Plant area and supports emergency response throughout Grenada County. Our members give their time to maintain readiness, care for department equipment, train together, and work alongside neighboring responders.

The department’s public website preserves the story of that service while keeping residents connected to current announcements, events, apparatus information, and opportunities to volunteer.
